Over the years I have tried many types of diets and supplements, some good some not so good!

Here you will find information or links to sites that I have found useful, as well as special offers or discount schemes.

Water is vital! The simplest, cheapest and easiest thing you can do for yourself is to make sure your body is properly hydrated.

If possible aim for at least 6 glasses of clean, pure water a day.

I take a good all round multivitamin every day, along with a good quality fish oil. In the winter months i also take vitamin D&K2, and vitamin C.
